Car Seat Inspections

The Urbandale Police Department has Certified Child Safety Seat Technicians who provide education and hands-on help with the installation of child safety seats. Technicians assist at the Fit Station, located at Bob Brown Chevrolet, 3600 111th Street, Urbandale, IA 50322. 

Technicians are available at Bob Brown Chevrolet on the first Thursday of every month, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for free help with your car seat installation, inspection, and education or by appointment at the Urbandale Police Department.
