You’ll have a blast helping your little one rock out. Dates & Time: Wednesdays, June 8-July 27, 9:30 or 10:30 AM Target age: 2-7 years old, with adult. Our age recommendations tell you the developmental level we plan for, but every child is different. Feel free to try them out and choose the story time(s) that feel right. Everyone is welcome! Location: Meeting Room A/BRegistration is strongly advised as attendance will be limited, with slots given first to those registered. With health and safety in mind, this program will take place in our large meeting rooms, where we will make efforts to enable social distancing. We will provide family-sized mats for each family, spaced six feet apart.
Join Hurley & Dancers, a professional modern dance company, as we design and create a fabric sculpture / set that will be used in a community performance at the Urbandale Public Library in July. We will work with large pieces of fabric and a PVC structure. Teens will help cut, stretch and mold the fabric and then try out movement in the fabric “jungle gym” (epic blanket fort) we create!
This program is open to tweens and teens ages 10-17 only, and registration is required, due to occupancy limits.
