Project Description:
This project is the total reconstruction of 104th Street from Hickman Road to Douglas Parkway as a three-lane urban section roadway. This road will have one lane in each direction plus a center left turn lane. Storm sewer will be installed with this project to allow the ditches to be filled and curb and gutter used on the new street. Sidewalks will be provided on both sides of 104th Street. The project also includes water main updates.
Completed Work
104th Street paving is complete in Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. This is now a three lane section with a center left-turn lane. All of 104th Street and the adjacent side roads are now re-opened to through traffic.
