June 2018 Flood Resources
Central Iowa experienced large rainfall events from June 14, 2018, through the end of June. On June 30, 2018, significant areas of Polk and Dallas County experienced flash flooding. On July 2, 2018, Governor Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for four counties, including Polk and Dallas, which activates additional state resources for flood assistance.
