The underground work on this project is complete and the force main is in operation. Surface restoration will be completed as weather allows this spring.
The Urbandale Sanitary Sewer District (USSD) is starting a project to replace the Merle Hay Sanitary Sewer Force Main. This project extends from just north of Meredith Drive to the next access point for the Frontage Road, approximately 650’ south. City of Urbandale Engineering Department is administering the project on behalf of the USSD. The Contractor for this project is Absolute Construction.
