Kohl's Department Store

With the new hotel slated to be built on the former Kohl's site at Merle Hay, a new building will be constructed on the north side of the campus that will be the new home to Kohl's. The new 55,000 square foot building will be completed in 2022.

Kohl's will serve as an anchor tenant for the new Merle Hay Campus, and the project will cost $10.3 million.
