Expanded Retail Businesses

With a new hotel and hockey arena on the way on the west side of the Merle Hay campus, additional retail spaces will be added to the northeast side of the mall. This is in hopes to focus all retail activity towards the east side of the Merle Hay Campus. 

The development will provide 80,000 square feet of new inline retail space for businesses to call home. This will be constructed on the north side of the new Kohl's building, and will work to create a modern and convenient shopping experience for visitors to Merle Hay.

Construction on the new inline retail began in 2021, and is expected to be complete in 2022.
