At any level, the benefits of yoga are the same-stronger muscular endurance, sharpened mental clarity, deeper flexibility, improved circulation and immunity and above all a heightened sense of well-being.

Let yoga start you on a journey you can enjoy for a lifetime-body, mind and spirit! This class is for active individuals who are injury-free. Instructor: Beth Damm. NO CLASS: October 12, November 23. Registration Deadline: One week before class begins
