Pool Rental:
General Rentals
Rental of the Urbandale Pool or the Aquatic Playground (during the Summer- see info below) is available to all persons, organizations, clubs and youth groups. Reservations are arranged on a first come, first serve basis and depend on availability of staff. Fees are set according to the number of people in your group. Groups may have food in lobby or south exterior pool deck. No food or drink in the locker rooms. Set-up and clean-up are the responsibility of the renter, during the scheduled rented times.
Note: A two week advance notice is required for all Pool rentals. A pool agreement and payment in full must be made to reserve the date and time for the rental.

1 - 30 persons ........$172 for 2 hours
31 - 100 persons ....$196 for 2 hours
101 - 250 persons....$250 for 2 hours

Fridays: 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 5:00-9:00 p.m.
Sundays: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
NOTE: All Pool rentals other than themed parties are booked in two hour increments - NO half-hour times frames.
Themed Pool Parties ONLY Available During Public Open Swim Times
Prefect for a birthday party, family reunion, office party, graduation, no more braces, etc! Rent the pool and choose a theme and a party “package” that meets your needs. Options include decorations, party favors or balloons, cake, drinks, and even pizza for your group! We will eliminate the hassle for you; just show up and have fun! Choose from different themes: Luau, Pirates, or a Splish Splash, Academy Awards or Princess. Other themes can be provided at an additional cost. Cost may vary for other themes.

*Pricing is for 1-15 persons for Themed Packages. There is an additional cost of $5 per person after 15 persons per Package One. And an additional cost of $10 per person after 15 persons for Package Two.

Plan your child’s birthday party or any special event by renting the refreshing aquatic playground! Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and depend on availability of staff.
