Memorial & Tribute Gift Program            
Urbandale’s Memorial & Tribute Gift Program offers a unique way to beautify our parks and give back to our community in honor of loved ones or special events.

Contributions may be directed toward recreation programs or equipment, or the purchase of a tree, bench or picnic table to benefit one of Urbandale’s 48 local parks.

Click here for the online brochure with donor options and donation form that can be printed and mailed with your contribution. Your generosity will be acknowledged with a plaque or letter, depending upon the donation option selected.
