The URBANDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT provides house checks under the following conditions:

If an Urbandale resident is away from a period of 30 days or less your house will be checked frequently by the patrol division.

If an Urbandale resident is away for a period exceeding 30 days your house will be checked periodically by the patrol division.

We do not check houses that are for sale, apartments, or under immediate control of a Realtor.
