Recreational Swim
During public swim the pool is available to all ages for general play and the use of the diving boards. Cardiovascular Swim Prices:
Single Admission (anyone entering the pool area) 2 years of age & under: FREE with paid adult 3 years of age & older: $4 Annual Pass (from the date of purchase)
Resident Individual: $110
Non-Resident Individual: $140
Resident Family: $200
Non-Resident Family: $250

Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Office is also open during Evening & Weekend Recreational/Cardiovascular Swim Hours.
Pool CLOSED to the Public
Due to the Holidays and Special Events the pool will be CLOSED to the Public:
September 7, 12 & 13, October 3
November 26 - Thanksgiving Day
December 25 - Christmas Day
January 1 - New Years Day Swimming
Pool Rules Water Temperature Pool Equipment Locker Rental
Lockers are available for patrons use while they are using the facility. The Urbandale Pool is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please enter pool area through locker rooms to keep pool deck clean. No food or drink on pool deck or locker rooms.
Pool Refund Policy
To be eligible for a class/lesson refund you must cancel at least 7 days before the first class meeting (14 days prior for pool rentals). After that, NO REFUNDS will be given unless:
a) The program or class is cancelled. The Urbandale Pool reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements.
b) The participant is unable to participate because of unforeseen medical reasons. The refund will then be prorated based on the number of classes attended. If more than 50% of the program has been completed, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control, i.e. weather or electrical outages. (Please allow three weeks for a refund to be processed.)
No make-up classes or credits will be provided for missed.
