MEMO TO NON UNION EMPLOYEES REGARDING NON UNION COMPENSATION STUDY
Did you recently experience a family event?
Were you recently married or divorced? Did you have a child or adopt a child? Did you lose other group health coverage? Here are a few things you may need to consider updating within 30 days of a qualifying event:
- Group Health Insurance – add or delete dependents or, if lost other coverage, enroll. (Email Jennifer for form)
- Group Dental Insurance – add or delete dependents or, if lost other coverage, enroll. (Email Jennifer for form)
- Life Insurance – Update beneficiaries (Email Jennifer for form)
- Retirement (IPERS/411) – Update beneficiaries (Email Jennifer for form)
- Emergency Contact Form – Update and return to HR
- Home address, phone number – Update (Email Deb Mains)
- Tax withholding – Update W-4s (Federal & State)
- Flexible spending – make a change in your pre-tax contributions (Email Jennifer for form)
