Compliment and Complaint

The Urbandale Police Department, in keeping with its motto "Service Built on Integrity" has provided citizens an opportunity to electronically submit compliments and/or complaints of Urbandale Police Officers via the Internet.

This electronic Compliment/Complaint system should allow citizens the opportunity to provide feedback to our department, both positive and negative. Either way this feedback will be taken seriously and forwarded to the respective division and personnel.

This form is set up to be either printed and mailed or submitted electronically. When taking advantage of this opportunity, please be as specific as possible with your information.

A representative from the Urbandale Police Department will be in contact with you regarding your Compliment or Complaint if needed.
