Water Aerobics
Lower impact than land-based aerobics, these classes have most of the fat-burning and endurance-building benefits that you get from other forms of aerobic activity. These classes are set to music to provide you with stretching exercises, a warm-up, aerobic exercise designed to increase your heart rate, and a cool-down. The classes include things like, jogging, kicking, jumping, squats, and dance movements all in the water with resistance of the water and little weight bearing gravity effects on the joints. First session begins January 4th.
This unique form of exercise takes place in the deep water. Deep water toning exercises give you the full effects of the water resistance without the support of your body's weight. First session begins January 4th.
