  1. LOSST Community Information Forum

    July 27, 2019, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Urbandale Public Library

    The City of Urbandale will host a community information forum regarding the upcoming vote for the Local Option Sales and Services Tax (LOSST) on Saturday, July 27th at 9:30 A.M. The forum will be held at the Urbandale Public Library. Learn more about LOSST at: https://www.urbandale.org/770/Local-Option-Sales-Tax-LOSST If approved, no less than 50% of the revenue would be used for property tax relief. The rest of the funds can be used for projects like improvements to streets, parks, trails and the storm water system, public facilities, public safety and economic development. All LOSST-funded expenses will be reviewed and audited with opportunities for public comment.
