Citizen Boards and Commissions

Urbandale believes the cornerstone of our community is our citizens.  Harnessing the spirit of volunteerism, where neighbors work together for the common good to build a strong and vibrant community, is the foundation of our Boards and Commissions. 

The City currently has eleven Boards and Commission:

• Water Utility Board of Trustees 

Appointments are made throughout the year and up-to-date membership rosters including new appointments, vacancies, meeting calendar, agendas and minutes are published routinely to the website

All applications are reviewed by the Mayor when a Board or Commission has a mid-term opening or when terms expire.
