The City of Urbandale is now accepting electronic online and electronic in-office payments for parking ticket fines, pet licenses, premium yard waste containers, Compost-It! yard waste stickers, and special assessment fees.    Electronic in-office payments will be accepted at the Urbandale City Hall, 3600 86^th Street. Additional departments will be added in the near future. In-office payment options are: Mastercard, Visa(credit/debit), Discover or E-check. The online payment service is facilitated through a 3^rd party secure website operated by iCASH. A non-refundable service delivery fee will be applied to your total. This fee is required by iCASH to cover the expense of processing the transaction. The City of Urbandale does not retain any of the service delivery fee revenue.
