The Administration section of the City is comprised of the City's elected officials, the City Manager's Office and Finance and Records.  The elected City officials, the Mayor and City Council, set the policy direction for Urbandale.  The City Manager is appointed by the Council to provide the level of service expected by the City's residents and businesses.  Finance & Records manages the financial integrity of the City.  Click here to go to board of appeals
