Accident and Case Reports
Copies of accident and case reports can be obtained at the Police Department (3740 86th Street), Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The public copy of accident reports can be viewed on this web page under "Crash Reports-Motor Vehicle." The public copy of case reports can be viewed on this web page under Criminal Reports. This web page is updated weekly showing the most current reports.
A $5.00 fee is charged for each case report and accident report obtained in paper form, from the Urbandale Police Department.

The Department's Records Division can be contacted at (515) 331-6800. For instructions on how to file a police report contact the Records Division during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
