911 Crime Rate Information Crime rate information for the City of Urbandale is available on the CrimeView web site. This site enables you to download crime data for the City or for just a neighborhood. Fingerprints Officers will fingerprint citizens for job-related checks, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a $10.00 charge per card. You must supply your own card. Station Tours Scout and school groups can schedule a tour of the Police Station by calling a Crime Prevention Officer at 515.331.6804.
