Aquatic exercise is a fantastic way to get into shape and stay healthy without the wear and tear on body joints. The class is structured to improve flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone. You do not need to know how to swim to participate. This class is on-going, so you may join at any time. Choose a class that best meets your schedule. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. This is not designed as a therapeutic class. Water temperature is approximately 83°. Instructors: Pam Avaux, Jan Bartels, Noreen Christians, Tammra Hogan, and Cara Hollingworth. U.F.O. Fridays

Every Friday night starting June 6, look to the water for unidentified floating objects. Bring your inner tubes, noodles, and small fl oats.

This class offers swim instruction for individuals who are physically or mentally challenged. The class is designed to provide a positive swim acclimation experience, not a therapeutic class. A parent, sibling, or responsible friend is invited to assist the instructor in the water. 8 classes. Register at the pool by June 14. Registration is limited to 5 participants.
