Service awards are a meaningful way the City of Urbandale shows how important employees are to our organization. The service award program recognizes the integrity, reliability, and loyalty of employees and their service to the residents of Urbandale.
This year's Service Awards Luncheon was held at the Giovannetti Community Shelter where 35 employees were recognized. The longest tenured award was presented to Deb Mains, City Clerk, who recognized her 30 years of service in 2017. A full list of recognized employees can be found below:
