Good Time Gang (Ages 2-3½)

This all-time favorite activity-plus development based program includes activities such as free play, simple crafts, stories, games, and songs all centered around our weekly theme. Our program will focus on coordination, socialization, large muscle development, and just plain FUN! Children will do crafts that include paint and glue – please dress accordingly! Participants MUST be 2 years of age before the first day of class. A snack will be served. (This is a program in which parents drop off their children.) Maximum 12 participants per session. Daddy Daughter Dance

Fathers and daughters or grandfathers and granddaughters of all ages are all invited to enjoy an evening together. While a D.J. entertains the crowd with great music and fun, a variety of finger foods and desserts will be served during the festivities. Photos will be available at the dance for a small Fee. Tumbling (Ages 4-10)

This is a great 8-week class for your child to learn a little independence. The class will concentrate on mastering the basic tumbling positions and skills such as Straddle, Lunge, Forward Roll, Backward Roll, and learning the beginning stages of a Cartwheel, Handstand, Bridge, Back Handspring, and more! We will challenge the use of large motor skills, fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, memory, and repetitiveness through the use of visual and hands on learning techniques. Your child will be working on their own while being monitored and assisted by our trained and skilled coaches. Your child will be taught the safe way to perform these skills to prevent injury and to help prevent bad tumbling habits. This is a great opportunity for your child to have some fun, get some exercise, and build some self-confidence while learning the basics of tumbling. A workshop for college bound high school students and their parents that is 30-45 minutes in length, plus questions. This presentation is for students taken the SAT, ACT or PSAT/NMSQT and focuses on factors that influence college admission, and how the college exams are scored and used. We discuss tips on preparing for college entrance exams, and strategies to improve test scores. Max. 30 participants. Instructor: Huntington Learning Center.
