BarreFIT!

Barre is a low-impact class that will target and tone your body through exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. Set to fun, upbeat music, this class will keep you moving as we target all areas of your body. Your barre will be used to assist with balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This class will move through a warm up and upper body exercises before heading to the barre. At the barre, we will use our own weight as resistance to work those thighs and seat muscles. At the end, we’ll work through a series of stretches to help lengthen and recover those muscles. As for footwear - shoes optional! Instructor: Hayley Bookey. Maximum 14 participants.
