Deep Water Toning

This unique form of exercise takes place in the deep water, and is designed for strength and endurance.  The exercises performed are set to music to maintain speed and endurance to increase your heart rate.  Water belts are worn to assist you in maintaining the proper position while exercising in deep water, benefiting from the full effects of resistance on the whole body without the pressure of the weight of your body and gravity. This class is designed to provide you with an excellent cardio-respiratory workout, great weight loss/fat burning (burning up to 550 calories per hour), strength and endurance building workout, and a fun way to exercise.  The class has a higher calorie burning effect due to the constant resistance of the water. Minimum 5; maximum 20.
