156th Street Project:

The City of Urbandale will be reconstructing 156th Street from Maple Drive (Clive Border) to Meredith Drive during the 2008 construction season.For information on the 156th Street project, please contact the Engineering Department at 278-3950.
 

UPDATE 03/30 - 156^th Street reconstruction will be resuming work this week.  Activities include sidewalk construction south of Douglas Parkway, Retaining wall construction throughout the entire corridor and backfill and finish grading throughout the project.  Intermittent lane closures will be required.
